University of California (UC system)? can i make it?

okay im gonna be a senior in highschool this fall and so far my GPA

is like 3.7

currently im vice pres of korean club, im part of the debate club, and i'm in academic decathlon for spring 2009 tournament

i WAS secretary of the chessclub

uhmm my SAT score was 1730

my SAT II scores was 740 (bio) and 680 (US History)

im going to be taking the SATS again this fall and winter and then apply....

can i make it? do i need to raise my GPA or SAT scores? give some advice please?

yeah but probably not into UCLA or Berkeley

they already said it.. some uc's are nearly impossible to get into.. while others are easy to get into..

first of all, it depends what UC you want to get into. UCLA and UCSD tend to be the more difficult options, where as UCR or UCSC are less stressful and easier to get into. another option is to go and enroll in a community college and transfer in to the UC systems. some community colleges set up special programs with the UCs where if you get satisfactory grades for a semester or so you automatically get into a UC school.
