What factors do they really review for those who've been recently accepted, and how important is there application essay? How heavily does income influence the admission process? 1. My best answer would be:

    1. Visit the UF campus and speak to an admissions counselor.

    2. Demonstrate a balance of grades, SAT/ACT, and involvement in school and civic activities.

    3. Demonstrate an ability to communicate correctly.

    4. Income doesn't matter. If there is any bias, it might be if you have family members who are UF alums, or if you can get a recommendation from one.
