I'm going to the University of Maryland (UMDCP) this upcoming weekend and I wanted to know what I should look for when I go there. Any sights on the campus that or worth seeing. I wanted to go for either pharmacy or physical therapy...and to watch lacrosse games. Also if anyone goes there let me know what you think about it or if anyone has heard anything good/bad about it let me know. Im going to be a senior in highschool this year so I'm really looking into this school.

  1. Take the usual tour.

Make sure to rub the Turtle's nose.  (If you don't understand that, the tour guide will explain it.)

  2. Ill be attending Maryland in the fall and if your going on a guided tour while your there they will take you to the most important places. You should see McKeldin Library, Byrd Stadium and Comcast Center if your into sports or just want to visit those places. I would recommend visiting the Eppley Recreation Center which is a pretty impressive facility. You will walk throughout the Stamp Student Union on the tour and that is certainly an important part of campus. And definitely make sure to stop at The Dairy for some Ice Cream. The dairy is located in Turner Hall which is the visitors center.

    Enjoy your visit.
