University of calicut original application of bcom original certifricate?

i have passed Bcom last year have the provisional certifiacate right now i want to apply my degree original certificate, how can i apply my degree certificate

Use the Degree Certificate Application Form available from the Calicut University campus store. Try to make an emergency application by paying the requisite fees at the campus branch of SBT, and submit the application at the concerned section. The officials at the Information Counter should be able to tell you exactly where to submit your application. Its always a good idea to carry a few blank sheets of paper and pen alongwith all your marklists and provisional degree certificate to the University should they require a written request or copies of marklists/provisional degree certificate or surrender of provisional degree certificate. Be careful not to lose your certificates while travelling to and from the university.
