University studies..help please?!?

Im in highschool and Im thinking of university already. I want to get into either one of these fields.

1) Phycology (people who study the way other's think and react, not the ones who prescribe medication to patients)

2)Animal behaviour studies

3)Sociology

4)Criminology

I wanna ask what highschool courses are needed for each of these courses.

I also wanna ask if I get a degree in studying history, What possible careers can I get? OTHER THAN a teacher/professor? And are these careers just as good as people who study sociology?

Please help becuase I need to really start preparing for university, like chossing what field and the courses required.

Since I've been in the first profession you named for almost twenty-five years, I can tell you that, although you may get excited by it now, and maybe even when in school, you're going to be sadly disappointed in it once you're in business.  Psychology, as applied here in the U.S., is pathetic, so, upon further review of your choices above, #2 looks the best.  I've been involved in #s 3 and 4 as well, and I can't see much to get excited about, but then, that's just me, so, you have to choose for yourself.  I hope whatever you do works out  great for you.  God Bless you.
