Question:

University tuition fees?

It's my last year of uni - my course was 3 years long and the LEA has been paying my tuition fees. I know that I will only be required to start paying it off once I have a full time job - but do they charge interest on it?

Thanks in advance.

  1. My LEA paid for my tuition fees for a five year course.  I do not have to pay that back ever.

I ad a student loan while at uni, and that I have to pay back, but not the fees covered my my LEA.

Maybe you should contact them to ask.

Student loan is different from having fees paid for you.

  2. You don't have to start repaying Student Loans until you’re earning £15K. I know this for a fact because I wondered the same thing when I was at uni.

    Hope this helps!

  3. Yes but its a low rate of interest.
