Unknown Call coming to me without other person dialing?

Ok , So a phone call comes through on my cellular phone - as restricted. I pick up , no one's there. Then it calls again, same thing. The third time I pick up , i hear my friend saying hello, and asking me why I just called her from restricted. I'm so confused because I didn't call her obviously, and she didn't call me..this isn't the first time this has happened either. Is there a program or something that can do this ? has anyone had a similar experience..

You need to report what is happening to your carrier. I would also advise you to immediately hang up and call your friend

back when this happens, that way if someone is using a

program to try and monitor you conversations they will eventually become frustrated when it doesn't work.

It sounds like your lines are getting crossed.

If you have alltel, it happens all the time, trust me. But if it gets to be a burden, call the company and tell them their service is s**+.
