Unknown error 1024 on Iphone

Hi, Good Evening, i was having a problem with my iphone when im trying to restore it to its factory settings. this msg pops up itunes cannot restored your iphone unknown error 1024. could you please help me with this problem because I just bought my iphone through my earnings and savings while im studying. I would be happy if you could give some advise and possible solutions.Thanksmarc
