Unknown fish its gray and not a goldfish?

ive found 2 of these little (2in)fish at walmart s far over about a month idk what they are they are gray w/ a spiked kinda dorsal fin they arent goldfish or rosy reds their skinny from the top but kinda off tall from the side and resemble sum type of crappie or bass idk wat it is tho.lol any ideas

Walmart doesn't have a tag saying what they are?

It's too hard to tell from your description.  Goldfish do come in grey, though.
