  1. I'm 95% sure what you have is known as Eastern Black Nightshade, a highly poisonous plant. I am appalled at some of the answers naming this as an edible berry (currants or elderberries!) Here is a link with photos. The leaves & blossoms look the same, and it develops berries that are green when young, turning purplish black when mature.

  2. it looks like an Elderberry plant to me,the seeds could have come from a bird. the plant gets very big so maybe you should decide if you want to keep it or if not, if not then pull it out now before the roots get big & established.

  3. I also have those growing in my vegetable garden, they grow every year.  I think they are called Black Nightshade. Click on the links for more details.  If it's the same as what I have, it is considered a weed.

  4. I've seen this plant before and this is definitely a weed. It Will grow even larger.

  5. its a major weed!!!! totally get rid of it!!!

  6. I'm pretty sure that's a weed.

Is it very viny, and does it climb? If so, pull it out and destroy it, because it will strangle the plant it climbs on.

  7. It looks like a currant bush. It is Deffinatly not a weed. try taking a sample leaf to a local greenhouse they can better help you. If it is a vine do not worry it will not strangle your other plants. Only things like squash and pumpkins do that.
