Unknown show from the 90s!?

I'm trying to remember the name of a TV show from the 90s. All I remember is it was about these two teenage girls who were best friends. One of them had really long blondish hair and was kinda shy I think. The other one had curly black hair, her name was Elizabeth or something but they called her Busy. Not sure what the show was about, but it was on around the time of The Torkelsons show. Thanks!

Okay, your question drove me crazy because I remember this show! I finally remembered the name!

It was called "Ready or Not" made in 1993.  My head hurts. :(
