Unlike in High School, in college, how do you know if you are a freshman, sophmore, junior etc.???

usually in high school, you know by how many years you've been in school. but i think college doesnt work the same way

  3. Your university has specific guidelines for how many credits one needs to be in a certain class. Usually it is something like 25-30 and under is freshman, 59 and under sophomore... etc. Check your university for its rules regarding this.

  5. Agreed - it depends on how many credits you have. They typically say you are "first year, second year," etc. This is where you get the term "Super senior" (a person in their 5th year).
