Unlimited calling to me

Question

ok so this person has unlimited long distance calling and i dont......now if i call them it counts long distance on my phone....if they call me will it count agianst me??? so what im trying to ask is if are long distance calling is free incoming

You are telling about roaming charges i think.In India the roaming charges are reduced to 1.50Rs. when u call to them u also charge for roaming (the service provider will be different Ex: u r calling from a bsnl mobile belongs to Tamilnadu circle to bsnl mobile kerala circle) the will take money to both of the dialer & receiver. no unlimited calling plans where not announced till now it may be happend in feature.

You are not charged for incoming calls on a landline.. to my knowledge.. you would be charged for long distance for any outgoing calls. if that person has caller id. call them and hang up.they can call you back and save you quite a bit of cash
