If you are planning on mostly using your phone just in Tucson, you can't really beat Cricket. For about $45 you get unlimited calls, texting, mobile web, picture sending, etc. The only downside is that Cricket is mostly stay in the city. Their network is relatively small compared to Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, etc.If you plan on going out of town pretty often, Cricket probably won't be right.
