Dear Sir / Madam,I have a motorola mobile phone model - C 117. I received it as a part of offer. Now I want to change the card. Please let me know how to unlock the mobile as I cannot use it with any other card.If we can unlock Motorola mobile model - C113. Then why can we not unlock C117. Does anybody know the exact procedure to unlock Motorols model - C117?Please let me know.
