If this is the factory system, there is no code you can enter to unlock the radio. The anti-theft in GM cars uses a data link to the cars computer. The radio is programed to unlock only when it recognizes computer that originally came in the car.

Usually, disconnecting the battery won't cause the radio to lock. If it has, then you'll need to visit the dealership to have them reprogram the radio.
