I am in Australia, I purchased in the city a LGKG370 mobile phone in a discount store. I took it home to our small country town, did all the right things but it wouldn't work. "Emergency Calls Only" kept coming up. I found out it was locked into Virgin Mobile and because we live in a small country town 100 kms from the city we did not have Virgin coverage in our area, only Telstra. I found out to unlock the phone, and insert a Telstra sim card I would have to purchase $80 in credits, and then Virgin would give me the "unlock" code. This I did. I now have the unlock code (41725352) and the process to unlock. Remembering that I can only use this phone when I go to the city, I went to the city yesterday and tried to unlock the code, but again it would not work. I rang Virgin they told me to ring LG, I rang LG they told me to go back to Virgin, I came home, I e-mailed Virgin, and this morning I received an e-mail telling me to go to back to LG. I am going crazy. I have had this phone six weeks, and still cannot use it. Now you have my history, I will tell you the latest problem, hopefully you can solve it. The unlocking steps say: From Idle screen, type in: 2945#*1201# (This will then all disappear from the screen) - which it did. Next step is to Press the left soft key to Select MENU. This I did, but the phone did not take me to menu, the number 2945#*120# just reappeared, not allowing me to selct MENU....... Please help.... Toly
