Unlocked iphone question???

i just bought a unlocked iphone...could i use the service on say Tmobile since they both use sim cards?

yes, definetlyt.  i just got mine from a coworker who upgraded his iphone and he has at&t.  I have tmobile.  he used a program and just put in my sims from tmobile into the iphone and i use the iphone now.  just whatever u do, don't install any updates.  it will lock up the phone again, and don't restore the phone either.  Also be sure to write down all ur contacts 1st before u install the sims into the iphone.  i didn't do that and i lost all the numbers.  i'm not sure if i take out the sims and put it back into my razr if i will get them back.  i love my iphone and plan to go to at&t when my contract is up w/ tmobile so that i can use all the features of the iphone.  right now some programs are not gonna work of course since it's geared for at&t. Unless u know some apps and are comp savy.  The only thing i don't like is the speaker volume it sucks, plus there are no custom ringtones.  u can't text pictures also or copy and paste like other carriers. but i love my iphone.
