Unlocking Content Advisor

Question

A window appears EVERY time I change web pages or websites. There are no children in this house. I use the computer to keep in touch with them but I'm tired of unlocking that box. My internet provider is Wild Blue and they have merged with Google and we are experiencing a variety of problem but no one seems to know about this one. PS Please reply in English
