Unlocking a samsung SCH u410 phone

Question

Please show me how to unlock a samsung SCH u410 phone. I got it from Walmart as a verizon's inpulse pay-as-you-go plan about 6 months ago. I now want to use this same phone for verizon's month to month plan. I will not sign any long term contracts. I talked to verizon and they are no help. They suggested that I sign a long term contract and get a phone from them . I really need to unlock this phone. Could anyone please give me step by step details?
