Unlocking lg UB138

Question

Is it possible to unlock a LG UB138 mobile phone - any help would be appreciated - have paid for a UK company who when you enter your model number claimed they could and would send the code - but hours later, reported that they could not do that particular model - BUT I WOULD STILL LIKE TO TRY (if anyone has any ideas) - thanks
