Unlocking nokia 3230 memory card?

Question

I'm using nokia 3230 mobile phone with 512MB memory card which was password lock enabled during mobile statup.

Due to virus mobile got currupted & shopkeeper formatted mobile removing memry card.

Lateron, when he inserted card in mobile it is rejected to accept card.

In PC also memory card reader doesn't allow to format card.

Please Help.
