Unlocking parental control?

Well i dont know why but my brother has blocked everyone in the house for no reason and now ive been searching for a way to get around the parentol control of my Direct Tv DVR. He even blocked use from watching the kid shows or educational shows, and now we are stuck watching regualr tv again. I was just wondering if there was a way to unlock the parental control or take it off without using the pass he put with out having to call comcast?
