Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop (Model 1955-S803). I got it for doing some work for this old lady next door. She fried the thing with viruses, so she didn't want it anymore.
She doesn't remember the administrator password. How can I unlock the administrator? I need to re-install XP, and I can't do it without being in the administrator.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
