  1. yes

  2. yes as long as it is of the colour you chose ... eg they have a red +2, if you choose yellow with your wild+4 then they cannot play it ... but if you choose red then yes you (or the next player round) will have to draw 6

    hope this helps

  3. If you play a draw 4, the other person has to draw 4 and then it's your turn again if only two people are playing.

If more than two people are playing, you put down a draw 4, the person next to you takes 4 cards and then the person next to him puts down a card, which could be a draw 2 meaning you draw 2 cards.

You never have to draw 4 cards from your own Draw 4 card.

  4. If you go to the link I have used as my source it says (at the bottom) that if you play a wild draw four card the person who draws the four cards forfeits their turn.  So they shouldnt be able to play a draw two card anyway.  I have never played where as people place the draw cards they are added up so the next person is to draw all of them.

  5. depends on the rule agreed on in the begining of the game

    in the original instructions  no

but in varius updates of the game and in varius diffrent rules and of course who you play w

then if you agree to it then yes

  6. No, after you play they draw the four cards then you tell them what color it is. If they play a draw two card after that you just draw the 2.
