Unpaid Leave for Travel

Hi

I have been initial refused the right to take 2 months unpaid leave to travel.

In my company people take extended sickness and other types of leave for longer periods than this.

Do i have any rights to appeal against this?

In the UK you do not have the right to take unpaid leave to travel. You could try applying for new jobs and if when you get one tell them you are unable to start for 2 months.
