Unpaid item ebay????????

what would happen if you won an auction on ebay, thay send you the item but you never pay them. i mean never

Lmao, you pay before they ship it, thought of that?. and if you try to reverse the payment, they'll reverse it again and lock it or if theres no account they'll chase you and sue you with they're container of lawyers

No seller will ship any item until confirm payment is received NEVER....And IF you buy and not paid it will be ebay who banned your account and never have access again to ebay cuz they will block your IPP address

eBay is a stickler on laws and regulations which they make strictly between seller and buyer.  Certainly you will never get an item without paying for it first, unless the seller is a complete dunce.
