Unpaid item strike on ebay??

Question

i have just logged on to my ebay account and seen that i have an unpaid item strike on an item that i forgot i bought, what does an unpaid item strike restrict me from doing if anything ?

If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.
