  1. The vinegar contains a host of vitamins, beta-carotene, pectin and vital minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, chlorine, sulphur, iron, and fluorine.

Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid which is very helpful in fighting fungal and bacterial infections. This acid dissolves uric acid deposits that form around joints, helping relieve joint pains. This dissolved uric acid is gradually eliminated from the body.

There is also a very good book on the benefits of Apple cider vinegar author...Braggs. I can't say that I believe ALL that is in there, but much of the information is very good, so are the recipes for salad dressings.

  2. I have heard the organic unfilter is better because of the 'mother' in it meaning abeneficial bacteria culture

Yes I also do well with the apple cider pills

  3. Pasteurization is the heating process intended to remove potential problem bacteria from consumable liquids such as milk, juices etc. However, this process will also remove delicate nutrients and enzymes that may constitute a major portion of the food value of that consumable.

The mother is the most nutritious part of the Apple Cider Vinegar and is very beneficial to digest. Often the ‘mother’ settles to the bottom of the bottle. It is recommended shaking the bottle lightly to distribute the ‘mother’ before dispensing.

I use Bragg Apple cider Vinegar!

  4. the heat of pasteurization kills bacteria and can deplete it of its natural enzymes....same thing with pasteurized milk...where the loss of the enzymes can create or aggravate a persons lactose intolerance.  Normally..the enzymes are in the milk to break down the lactose efficiently..but not after pasteurization.

  5. Yes, unfiltered will be healthier.  Organic will be even more healthier :)

I would also advise to go with Unpasteurized as this will still contain beneficial enzymes/bacteria (good for you).

    Good luck,
