I traveled with a group to Natal for a weekend. We heard it was the "Shrimp Capital of the World" so of course we had to eat some...which wasnt hard being that it is on every menu.Do people in this region eat all of their shrimp with the shell still attached? We got some pretty strange looks as we tried to peel or shrimp...especially when it was in a saucy dish made to be served over rice.
