Unprotected s*x, pregnancy odds?

i had unprotected s*x last night and he ejaculated in me. my last period ended about 6 days ago. odds of pregnancy?

That depends on your fertility and his. Hypothetically, if you were both nearly-sterile 50 year old people, then the odds would be very low.  According to wikipedia, your most fertile years are between 19 and 24.

Probably low as you can usually have unprotected s*x without worrying about pregnancy seven-to-10 days after the end of your period.

However, condoms are more for STD prevention than pregnancy prevention as they have a 10 percent or so failure rate for pregnancy. To prevent pregnancy, you would want to go to birth control pills or implants, which have less than a one-percent failure rate.

You don't mention how long your cycles are or how long your periods last, but if you have the average 28 day cycle and a seven day period, then yes, you could be ovulating around this time, and it is the window of opportunity for a pregnancy, so to speak. The release of the egg, or ovulation, typically occurs around day 14 from the first day of your last period. Sperm can live for a few days in your body waiting around for your egg to be released.

However, the average person only has a 20% chance of conceiving in any given month, which is why it takes couples a few months to conceive sometimes.

Your best bet is to wait the two weeks until around the time your next period is due and either wait for the period or take a home pregnancy test. It usually takes about 10 days or more past ovulation for an early home pregnancy test to show positive. That part depends on your body's hormones.

if it was last nite ... just get the morning after pill .....  it will do the trick andyou will feel better knowing it you have wiped out just about all chance of being pregnant

Pretty stupid. If you can get pregnant from precum (before ejaculation) and you are young, the chances are high that you're gonna be pregnant. Take morning-after pill.

they are low due to the day or your cycle however it depends on your cycle length so take note..if your cycle is normally 28 days or longer i would say no chance. but dont take that as an okay to have unprotected s*x!
