Unregulated state.??

Question

so if its an unregulated state on the tattooing laws how old do you have to be to get a tattoo??

Are you saying those states do or do not have laws?  Listen, most of the sites that publish state laws are very wrong and/or not complete and caught up.  I know for a fact that New Mexico has laws, I have their publication in hand.  Really at this point in time, even if tattoo artists do not have to register or be inspected, you can be sure there are age limits at least.  Just count on it being 18 everywhere with only a small handful of states allowing minors with parental consent.
