Unrelated pains or is there possibly something worse?

About 5 or 6 days ago i had a fever for a day and got over it without any issues (I usually just wait things out, have a good track record with hardly ever getting sick). Since then though the back left side of my tongue has been sore and hurts whenever I swallow, and my lower right side of my back has been sore for just about as long. In the last day or two I've been getting a cough thats light right now, but those don't like to stay that way. I'm 21 and don't have any longterm medical issues and not on any antibiotics or recent surgeries/injuries. Any idea's on if its a larger problem altogether or just isolated issues and bad timing.

  1. I don't think that you should be worried . You may have the flu which can cause all sorts of weird ailments and feelings along with pains as well in all area of the body . From canker sores on your tongue to lymph nodes swelling which I am suspecting that you may have from what you  have stated . Yo haven't mentioned any body temperature but it might be up slightly and you may haven't realized it just yet .A slight cough is always is part of some kind of throat infection and I am suggesting you rise with luke warm salted water 3 to 4 times a day and you take rest from you daily activities . Should it persists get to see your Physician for more accurate diagnosis on your health problem . I am hoping for you to get well soon and keep a smile on your face .Good luck
