Unruly 3 year old?

I have a 3 year old son, he is a loving boy when he is good he is good. but when he is bad he is very bad. I have tried everything from time out, to spanking. I also have tried the good behavior chart.

He laughs at me when I am disaplining him. he fights me, he will hit me and kick me when bringing him to time out. all the time laughing at me. he will grab at my face and try to scratch it, I will hold his hands and look him right in the eye and say stop. I have slapped his hands this still does not stop him or his laughing as he does this.

Please I need help to stop what he is doing to me. my worst fear is he will grow up to be a phyco killer or something like that. is any of this normal?

Spank him.  It's the only thing that will make him stop.  Don't let your child have control over you, you're the adult, and he needs to realize that.

I have been told to spank him very hard until it really hurts without leaving marks. What we did was we found a very strict grandparent (not ours) and our child went to her for babysitting. Always be firm and do what you say you will do. When he lays his hands on you spank him hard teach him that he is to show respect for mom and dad in order to have a long life. I use the corner or upstairs as punishment. If you stay on him he should improve after the terrible two's and three's. It gets better as long as you stay firm and continue to set limits don't give up let him have fun at other times but no is no.

Spank him hard enough to where he cannot do anything because he is crying to hard, and he won't be able to hit you.If you cannot bring him under control give him to someone who can.For his sake, and society's.
