Unscrewing nose piercing?

Question

so i got a nose piercing and its pretty much healed now...the only problem is that the s***w inside my nose is really big..and thats the only one they had at the piercing place...im trying to get a stud that has a smaller s***w.....so i've been trying to unscrew it and it wont come out...i would unscrew it and pull alittle but it doesnt even loosen up...wat do i do?

i just got mine pierced like two weeks ago . whats a nose s***w ? i just got a tiny stud . but i want something so that i can hold it in place cuz its fallen out two or three times .

Go to a piercer, they deal with this mumbo jumbo daily.
