  1. Good news. There is a way! Sprinkle him with cornstarch (yes, cornstarch) and rub it into his fur. Let it sit for a few minutes and then brush him out. This advice is dependent upon him not having a skin condition or something of that nature that causes it. My elderly dog smelled a bit and I added liquid chlorophyll to his water. It helped both his breath and his oder in general. Good luck!

  2. i wish i knew the awnser to that

we give our dog a bath, and he still stinks

    he farts so much!

  3. Why do you just want to mask it? Your not going to get the stink out of your dog unless you give it a bath. You can put all the sprays on the dog but this will only work for a very short time the dog needs a bath this is the only why to unsmellify your dog as you say..

  4. You can't really mask anything on your dog that stinks without a bath. You can't use air freshener either. That wouldn't be good. If you actually want your dog to stop smelling, just give it a bath. Other human products are not good for dogs and will most likely irritate its skin terribly, especially something like perfume. Not dog perfume though. That is something I have used before and it is quite reliable. It won't last for long, but hopefully enough time until you are able to give the dog a bath. These products only work for a short amount of time though, which again is why.....just give it a bath lol.

    Good luck

    ----Edit----

In that case, you should probably just wait until your mom gets home. It isn't fatal for a dog to be dirty, obviously, so just wait. What matters is that the dog is healthy. She may not appeal to the senses lol, but she will do fine until your mom can do it.

  7. Some breeds of dog just have that doggy smell all the time, no matter what you do.  You can try a dry shampoo on him/her, or use some of the pet deodorant wipes they sell at the pet store.  You might want to take him to the vet too, as sometimes certain skin conditions will cause your pet to smell.
