When you hit a return hard and fast and aiming directly to the person standing at the net (in double), would that consider as an unsportman conduct in tennis?

  1. nope- it's usually a "hit it back" or "move out of the way next time" situation. Also, don't always expect an apology until the end of the match (depending on how bad/hard the hit was) if they even apologize- depends on the person. I am actually serious- speaking from experience. You are in the middle of a match and it's part of the game.

  2. you wouldnt get called for it or anything, and it is a little unsportsman-like, but cmon its tennis

    no mercy.

  3. no.

but i am sure your opponent won't like it. if he/she not your friend, go ahead :)

  4. It is not only not unsportsmanlike, it is the only good reason to play mixed doubles tennis!
