Unstick concrete blocks glues with PL?

Hi,

I built outdoor stairs using concrete blocks that I glued with PL concrete adhesive. It sticks very very well. But of course, later on, I realized that I need to move 2 pieces to accommodate something around it.

I tried all the power tools I have without luck. Any suggestion on how I could do that without damaging all the blocks around the 2 that I want to remove?

I have no idea what PL concrete adhesive is, but I would recommend trying to cut through the glue with a coarse hacksaw blade.  This may take some time but will not damage anything else.
