Unsure of what to wear to a wedding taking in place in two weeks. ?

I need some help on what to wear to a wedding thats taking place September 13th. I have a black dress with a pink stripe down the middle but i think this may be to flashy? PLEASE HELP!

Yeah that sounds a little flashy, but it all depends on where or what kind of wedding it is. I don't think I would ever wear a black dress to a wedding, though.

greatly depends ( time of day; style of wedding; your relation to wedding party; ......):

if it's a day wedding - go with something other than black & more than just straps on arms

evening wedding: dress may be ok if more formal & you have a shawl

bottom line you want to feel comfy in your choice

if you are already thinkning too fancy= most likely too fancy

if you think it is too flashy, then it probably is...just find a nice dress or pantsuit.....
