Unsweetened plain yogurt

Question

Is there an unsweetened plain yogurt that i can find in either safeway or delano's iga?

It has to be completely unsweetened and affordable.

How do i know if it's completely unsweetened?

Does it vary by brand or is it by yogurt?

What kind of yogurt exactly, name and company and all, is completely plain and unsweetend?

it's garbage.

processed food has chemicals in it.

stick with fresh produce.

Isn't "Plain" Yogurt unsweetened?  Yoplait (brand) has a "plain yogurt, as many brands do.  Most stores carry several brands of Plain Yogurt.  [Read the labels to be sure.]

{Edit}  I just read Alex's response.  I agree with him on the Stoneyfield Farms Yogurt -- my favorite, too.

try for Greek yogurt, i believe fa'ge   makes it unsweetened and is fairly widely available. its a bit thicker than your typical American yogurt, but in my opinion its much better in flavor.  if you have an ethnic store near you (be it Italian, Greek, Turkish, Israili, basically from the Mediterranean and Aegean) they should carry strained yogurt, if your exceptionally lucky you can track down hand made, which is as we all know, the best.

Danon makes plain yogurt that is very good and reasonibly priced.  Most grocery stores carry Danon.  Just look for the word "plain". Although, Stoneyfield Farms organic yogurt is by far the best. They also make a plain yogurt, both whole milk (my fav) and low fat.

I only buy unsweetened  plain yogurt and I have seen it in every brand and every market.There is lo fat and no fat I rarely see it in regular fat 4

It is the same price as the flavored yogurts. Oh I think you might have ment the small containers  between 6 and 8oz  sometimes the store brand has the 8 oz. but I always buy it in the 32oz  and I also make it myself.
