  1. im pretty sure it is!

  2. yes, very

  3. yes.

i had to do this "religious" thing

i had to drink 2 differnet kinds of tea.

    no sugar

    no milk

just plain herb leaves and boiled water.

its the healthiest thing to drink in my opinon, next to

    natural spring water.

    btw.

the tea i was drinking was probably not the tea your thinking of

nothing you can by in the supermarket.

i grew these plants out in the yard. and the tea was pretty

close to a shade of clear.

the tea your probably drinking might have caffine

and turn your teeth a shade darker than what they are now.

  4. Doesn't Sweet & Low have aspartame?  If so, then it's very unhealthy ..... switch to Splenda.  Not sure why you think it's unsweetened when you use an artificial sweetener;  those are usually sweeter than sugar!

  5. It would be healthier without the sweet and low.  Try some fruit to change it up a bit...lemon, lime, strawberries.  Even though it has no calories 10 glasses can add up to quite a bit of caffiene.  I would cut back a little and replace some of the tea with water.

  6. I would be more heathy if you cut out the sweet an' low. It is possible that any artificial sweetener could give you heath problems.

  7. heck yeah! thats the only way I've drank mine since I was a kid and I think it's great! not to mention it has antioxidants in it, so your boosting your immune system too!

  8. Heck Yes!!!

  9. It could be worse. Though in that quantity it might make your teeth turn a shade darker.

  10. I really think that's too much tea; sweet or unsweetened. You're drinking too much caffeine.  You need not give up your beverage of choice, but why not substitute some of it for water?  If you don't like tap water and do not want to buy bottled water, get yourself one of those Brita pitchers with the filter. It produces clear, fresh-tasting water.

I've given up my beverage of choice, Coke or Pepsi, in favor of Brita water. It hasn't been easy, but I seem to feel better and have more energy. Sometimes I put lemon or lime slices in the water, and it's a refreshing, satisfying drink.

  11. Yes tea is healthy. It is essentially water but it has flavor, but even if it has some sweet n low its not too bad.

  12. it's healthier than a lot of other drinks, but sweet and low is made of saccharin which was thought to cause cancer, but If it's only a little sweet and low, it might be alright.  Try a natural sweetener you can get at Trader Joe's called Stevia.  Get 100% pure stevia.  it's made from a plant in Africa and is very sweet.

  13. very healthy bt dnt ova do the milk

  14. yes, but too much caffeen. try korean roasted corn tea.
