My grandson found a coin with a full frontal face of Sitting Bull on one side with his name written on the top. The reverse side is a Buffalo. Under the Buffalo is written "The Sioux Tribe". It looks copper. Anyone out there an expert? What could it be?

  1. It is a token that was made for a game. I think from the 1970's or so. It had a group of famous Indian Chiefs as well as a group of famous people of the west like Buffalo Bill and Kit Carson. I have a set of the tokens but not the game board. I think I got them on Yahoo when they had their auctions and got all 12 for around $3 or $4. I do see them from time to time with the game board for sale in Numismatic News a weekly coin magazine.

  2. Sorry, I have no clue. If I were you i would search it up on the internet,. Search on google or something.
