Unusual mark on palm

Of late I have noticed a mark resembling a star (basically a square with pointed ends) just under my skin on the mount of jupiter. any significance of this sign?

A square by itself does not mean much . If that square would serve as a connection in a broken line, that you could expect protection on the line it occurs.

A square is a protection sign, anywhere in the palm. To tell you exactly the meaning, I'd need to see your handprint or at least this specific part of your palm in print.
