I live on the west coast of British Columbia, and this morning in the newspaper there was an article about exotic sea creatures that have never before surfaced and are now coming to the shores. Jumbo cannibalistic squid, Humbolt squid, all the way from Mexico, and a prehistoric looking Pacific Longnose that threw itself out of the water out on to the rocks. The scientists said it may be due to global warming. The rising water temperatures are causing these creatures to come to shore, killing off the salmon. One was a really freaky looking sea monster thing with big sharp teeth. Do you think that with the temperature changes, and rising shore lines, creatures from deep below the ocean will come up and eat humans? Just a thought, maybe I've watched too many movies, but it could happen.
