Unvarified paypal, can I buy from ebay?

Question

I just added my card to my paypal account and it said it was accepted and then i got an email saying the same. Can I now buy things on ebay this second or do I have to wait a few days for something?

Do they check your card after its aproved in anyway... which would mean i would have to wait until i can buy things?
