Unwanted Calls?

i have recieved the following calls 336-522-8999,916-576-0200, and a 1-800-955-7070 i recieve these calls at least 3-4 times a day and i am on the do not call list but they are still calling my house. Can my family sue them for Harassment. If you know who these phone numbers are plz tell me.

The first place is sears credit card, second one is a collection agency and the last one is capitol one.  Places you owe money too don't have to go by the no call list as you gave them your number as a way to contact too.
