Unwanted correspondence?

Hiya again. Someone registered a company to my home address in error with Yell.com. I keep recieving mail when Yelly have said the item has been corrected. Can I sue?

Probably not but why not contact the company and explain where all their mail has gone.

Let them complain to the PO as well.

No unfortunately as it was done in genuine error and not with malicious intent. Plus it has not caused you any financial loss. Just send all mail back with not known at this address.
