Unwilling to go to Asia, to outsource some of my colleagues jobs?

How to word this for management?

“I am disgruntled with the lack of professionalism, and empathy, on the part of management. In light of this I feel that I will fail to maintain a professional demeanor in front of our overseas colleges.”

The reason they outsource their jobs to our part of the world is so they can take advantage of our lack of opportunities and enslave us.

We do need the money, but at the same time, we don't appreciate our people being enslaved for very little pay just because many of us are going hungry.

Stick to your guns!

Some day things will turn around here and all of the foreigners who are now taking advantage of us will surely be booted out when we are able to make a real living.

I don't think there is a good way to word it without putting your job at risk.  I know it sucks and these are your friends and colleagues but it is just business  and you are doing your job.  There is no place for empathy in business. I know i sound harsh but if i owned a business and outsourcing would save and make me more money i would do it.  I am in business to make money not for the people who i employ.  If you won't go then there are 10 others waiting to do it.   Heck i don't even know what you do but for a free trip to Aisa i will go and out source some jobs.
