Up all night and basketball game (league) in 2 hours, what to do?

been up all night, just hanging out with friends. not drunk or ne thing. im starting to get sleepy and need some energy or somethign because i got a basketball match in about 2 hours. what should i do!?

  1. Something with a c**p load of caffeine.

    Also, listen to really loud heavy metal music.


  2. Sleep if you can, for as long as you can. then try coffee and v or some energy drink. Try a cold shower!!

  3. take a bath with warm water to relax you and make you feel awake. Drink alot of gatorade and try eating some energy bars. You can try energy drinks if you wanna like monster, red bull, rip it, etc. stretching out might help, and do a little bit of running outside. keep the time balanced though.

    Listen to some up tempo, and fast music most of the time, especially while running,

  4. Skip the game and go to bed...in the future sleep!


  5. drink only water. and dont try to sleep. no sleep at all is better than getting very little sleep. its scientifically proven. caffeen will just ware off so dont drink any of that. water is the best solution.
