Update on Cindy James case: Richmond B.C. Nurse (Suicide or murder)?

She was a nurse who worked at Blehneim House in Vancouver B.C. with children who had problems (I was one of them) but apperantly she died when I was 8 years old and I heard about her death when I was 10 (but at the time, I didn't pay much attention) today, I was googling her, to see what happened, and apperantly I was reading that no one knows if it was suicide or murder (case unsolved) but on things I saw, that was dated back to the 90's. Is there an update that shows weather they believe NOW it was murder or suicide?

I do not know if there are any updates, however from the sound of it at the time, I have always believed it was murder.
